Very good phone and super customer service

The Opis 60s cable delivers what it promises. It has a nice design, a real dial and a mechanical bell. It seems fairly robust and has good voice quality. I do not miss my old DECT phone. Although I have to write down or memorize phone numbers now again, but that was earlier also. Now there is no annoying noise more in my PC speakers and I must also make whether my battery is still full stop caring. A nice side effect, this phone is that now must afterwards calling no more missed calls. Who does not reach me at home, has been unlucky and should try again later.

I would like to highlight here the really very good customer service. I initially had a problem that the phone always rang only twice (it probably had something to do with my splitter). So I contacted the customer service. This responded very quickly and went individually to my complaint, which no longer is now taken for granted. I had ("Sincerely ... Your Customer Service Center") used to have so much to default anonymous emails that I was really surprised when I got the same evening a personally written email that given a name was. So I immediately had a contact person who worked on the operation reasonable and customer focused. One week after my first complaint was already a replacement unit on my table, it works flawlessly. The nice gentleman from the Customer had my way, leaving from the outset to determine whether we make the purchase directly reversed, or if I wanted to try it with another device. So I did not have my right of return "fight tedious". Of other companies should calm once abgucken something.

For that I give "Opis" five star and I would recommend this phone to anyone who wants to get retro feel at a reasonable price.
