I took the clock does not even really true! They did not had this lulling everything yellow. And so the clock was only something to contribute when I had freed them from this monstrosity on packaging and sent to the dark table runner.
Do you a favor, love Invicta, you passed by these yellow boxes. They may be "original" ... no, not even that they are ... They may attract attention, but sometimes less, much more. Your watches do not deserve!
Otherwise nothing was actually in the box. No instructions, nothing. Very positive to mention is still that all parts of the clock are coated with a very easy to be solved plastic wrap. Very good.
Did they then freed the clock out of the box, remove the plastic wrap everywhere and considered the whole of the area, it's really amazing: the clock is a real eye-catcher. I would not have expected.
This disturbs the one or the other as to easily criticized bracelet not (and is, moreover, in a "genuine" Rolex is not much more difficult or otherwise). The polished and matt finish limbs and segments the bracelet are subtly distinguishable. In addition, there is the safety closure, which I really appreciate. The bracelet has a decent quality (always the price in his head kept). It was cut very well. The pins used parted slightly and are still well anchored. I soon all bracelets myself and I would recommend that to anyone. It is not rocket science and you can save the transition to a watchmaker.
At the clock: The housing is also satin at the strap lugs on the top. On the pages of the clock is polished. The lettering Invicta on the opposite side of the crown is discreetly engraved. It would be nice without, but hey, what the heck. It does not really bother. The overall picture of the clock, I would describe as very consistent.
The bezel can be very hard to turn at the beginning. This has also been mentioned several times by others. But me do not mind that. I use this opportunity to the stop clock function on minute basis anyway rather rarely or never. In addition, I'm not going to dive and if I dive, I would get myself a professional "real" diver's watch. And do not rely on this cheap thing here :-)
The crown can be solved only with difficulty at the beginning. But that's a good thing and I do not feel as a disadvantage. Finally, guarantees a tight crown watertightness. In addition, two positions to adjust the date and time are well erspürbar.
So all in all a very positive experience with a very nice price for this practical clock.
We come to the negatives:
What bothers me at the Invicta, are all the inconsistencies that I have read here in the comments and reviews. Starting with the lunettes. When one sees the way, the other quite different (I would have complained, I would not have the "OB" version obtained). Time is a movement in it, sometimes quite different. A "Chronograph" watch, it is definitely not (whether the fault lies at Amazon or at Invicta here?). Then the clocks run a very inaccurate, the other (like mine) are very reliable. Some remain after a short resting phase are (overnight), the others run almost a good two days by without dragging. In the one hand, the date magnifier sits badly with the other from the very beginning were scratches in the glass or on the bracelet. Time is a movement in it, sometimes a completely different ... the list seems endless.
This scenario makes the Uhrkauf a Invicta for gambling. And that's too bad. Because the Invicta is really a beautiful specimen of an inexpensive automatic clock.
So also I have long hesitated to order me a Invicta. I've got it then good luck and tried also lucky. But in my opinion, there is likely to ask for quiet 50 euros more and invest this money in a clever quality Invicta. A consistent level of quality would be also quite possible and would not deter some, such a "cheap-clock" to buy.
In short: I would my Invicta order immediately. One must however be aware of the risk that you get a defective copy, and you have to send back the clock to the exchange. And until we get the clock, Invicta quite capable is to build ...
