Packing:
The printer came with us in its original box with shipping label on unharmed. In the box located next to the printer and power supply and USB cable, a cable for the fax, a DriversCD and manuals in different languages. Also 2 cartridges are included.
Furnishings:
The printer setup is very easy. The display is indeed very small, but in the manual, everything is described in detail. Installing the drivers work under Windows easily automatically with the supplied CD and on MacOS. It is also easily possible to wirelessly from mobile devices such as iPhone or iPad to print.
Print quality:
The printer prints black / white pages at normal speed, color pages but unfortunately rather slow. The quality is always very good but afterwards. I was very surprised in the beginning, because very quickly got an error message to a nearly empty color cartridge, but even after this message the cartridge held for a long time. When new cartridges ordered / buys, you should definitely take the XL variant, because it is not much more expensive, but lasts much longer.
Scanning:
The scan quality in my opinion is perfectly adequate for private use. There are certainly high-end devices with better quality, but what is here beside the point. You can directly access from the computer to the scanner or select the Scan function in the printer menu. There can also be set whether you want to scan from the flatbed or ADF.
Conclusion:
Anyone looking for a low-priced all-in-one printer with many features and wireless connection, it's no wonder. You have to do without such a large touch screen and be able to live as the unfavorable herrausstehenden tray with things to high-end features.
A fax function has the unit also, but to me this could not be tested.
