Very good product - but cable fire (!)

The Scythe Kaze Station has everything I was looking for: a fan controller for my two case fan, two USB 3.0 ports and front noise-free audio connection. And at a very good price. When I received the front slot in the evening, I wanted to quickly install it on the same day. That was a mistake, because in the daylight I would have noticed that the the sheath of the supplied adapter cable (4-pin to floppy) was broken for the power supply in several places (see picture). In the darker room lighting and haste I have overlooked this and the cable installed, which retaliated as I perceived a strange smell and I climbed up a cloud of smoke from my computer.
Luckily my computer and also the front drawer is nothing happens, only the cable has blown.
The next day, after I've processed the shock, I have the front slot then want to expand, as I noticed that my power supply has a matching floppy connector.
On this front slot works fine. really liked me and the 70cm (!) long fan cable Verlängerugen which enable optimum cable laying, leediglich the USB 3.0 cable is with its 40 cm in my Micro-ATX case * almost * too short (see).

All in all a very good product at a very good price, you should be careful, however, if you need the included adapter cable, whether it is in a good condition.
