Since I use the iPad mini as Stickies for life's work use, I looked for a protective case that can hold even a pen and business cards, etc. at the same time. The shell is perfectly suited. Benefits: + Looks professional + Very good: The included stylus pen is real and pens in one + Small tray for paper (if battery empty) and business cards + Looks on the back of a little wrinkled, but overall good + Switches when opening / closing and the iPad on / off + Perfect fit, all the buttons, etc. can be reached (partly protected under the leather, thereby) Disadvantages: - Controls in apps on the far (narrow) are have screen wg. not properly reach the leather edge may. Who drawing od dgl.will. If the note - Off / installation is a bit difficult. Who regularly "unpack" its iPad has, perhaps should look for alternatives. Once that's no problem.
Unpleasant odors or the like did not occur to me.
The price / performance ratio is very good - alone a single stylus (without pens part) costs in executing advance 10-15 EUR.
