The film has been delivered to me by "normal" letter. Included was a small Papprakel to spread the film, a little microfiber cloth (which Apple actually should enclose its products) for cleaning the display, the actual film and a multi-lingual instructions. The manual is also therefore worth mentioning because it has given me a very good tip. Namely, there is a speck of dust or crumbs on the adhesive side of the film, which was the case with me, you can remove this with a piece of adhesive problems. The application of the film was then a no brainer, even if to a very steady hand needed because the film is really tailored to the millimeter.
First was clearly determine that the feel of the iPod has changed. The film surface is rougher than the glass of the iPods. I personally like the much much better in direct comparison. My fingers seem easier to glide over the surface and "sticking" is no longer so tight. That's kind of hard to describe, because I did before I had a film on it, did not even notice that my fingers glued to the disc.
The anti-reflective coating of the display by the matte surface works just fine, or at least just as I expected. Especially a lot of light and does not swallow the film, at least to me is nothing negative attention.
All in all, the FoliX screen protector in my view not only a recommendation but a must buy!
