The removable handle works great, it allows ladapter on the 3 pans and serving the table so that it is flat. What is also very convenient for storage, it wins the square. Too bad that he ny is no cover included.
Jaime which are compatible with all types of lights (hobs, induction, ceramic glass hob, gas) The pans are dishwasher safe (but not the sleeve).
On their use: they can heat quickly (4-5 minutes for pasta). They are easy to clean (to do with time). They are guaranteed 10 years if we are careful and respect the lon demploi precautions.
To know (and do not forget!)
- Do not put cold liquid into lustensile hot because thermal shock can cause irreversible deformation of the bottom.
- Never leave the vacuum heating pot.
- Do not use metal cutlery but as wooden spoons, silicone or heat resistant plastic.
- Before use, grease the bottom of the pot / pan with a little cooking dhuile (to do once a month) which will extend the duration of the non-stick coating.
- After use, allow the container (and the cover if you have one) to cool before cleaning (again because of thermal shock).
All these things are good to know because it has happened prematurely mest duser stoves and quality pans (probably due to misuse my part)
