Very good quality / price for the use for which it is intended

After reading the reviews, I was hesitant to take this product ... a product as complete less than 50 euros, this may seem odd. I interviewed former customers (thank you for the responses) and finally, I am not at all disappointed.
I bought it for a 6 year old, and playback formats including cartoons and movies while traveling (CD, USB, SDcard), read ebook and play. This product well filled these functions. For television, I did not really waiting (for me it's just a bonus) because I know that even the best brands do not capture drive on and it must be used to stop and not too far from a base station etc. Anyway TV was not the function that interest me and that I will use the most (not tested). Regarding the criticism of the CD door, it's true that realize less than the rest of the product but it does not interfere the operation and then to better protect it can be used as a back screen ( rotating bending 180 degrees) which render it inaccessible to the clumsy hands of our children.
For my part I recommend this product.
Commercial side, it does its best to satisfy customers and respond quickly (within 24 hours) to requests. For me it is important. It follows closely its sales (prior to reception of the product of a notice setting out the main demands of old customers and possible solutions, the receipt verification). He is attentive to customer requests. Proceeds received in advance and very well packaged.

Finally, Amazon is still effective for ease of purchase and customer relationship management / sellers.
