Very good router 1 1

My TimeCapsule being increasingly unstable, I decided to board on a more conventional router. I have read a lot of tests and the ASUS RT AC66U returned almost always top ranking. I wanted a product with a long life (last dated 802.11ac standard) and progressive (ASUS thank you that is reactive at the firmeware).

Physically, the router inspires confidence! its carbon effect gives it a really nice look, everything is assembled and I appreciate the on / off missing my TC.

Once connected, I doubled my wifi 5GHz transfers. I close to 10 megabytes / s during FTP transfers on my network hard drives, changing my life! The Internet connection is very fast, even on my iPhone / iPad! (Super convenient for my Sonos application that starts immediately like the remote control of the same brand). The range is excellent, I capture 100% despite two floors, closed doors, etc.

My network includes a dozen machines, all acts without disconnection. The router has many options that I have not been around but I can say I'm delighted with my purchase.

It remains for me to buy a second to use in bridge mode and take advantage of the new standard AC!

Only flat, 5 blue LEDs that operate continuously. I hope that will give MaJ can deactivate the lights that illuminate my living room too!
