Good:
The Nexus fits very precisely into the case.
When closed, it occupies very little space.
Unfolded, you can hold it like a book.
In addition, the cover can be folded and nearly takes no place
The magnetic closure keeps well.

Unfortunately, this case has after a month already scratches and bruises. So it has protected my tablet before worse. But micht once the scratches visually disturbing. Something like you also in leather bags u. Ä.
There are at this sheath nothing superfluous, no pin (ehalter), no loop or the like.
So, it is dibasic, fits comfortably in your hand, it is no longer small, all functions for such a case are fully met.
But normally I always find something. Aaaachso the gray lid lining. Because you can fold down completely the cover, then is the (presumably) more sensitive lining that otherwise the visor protects the tablet in his hand. It could therefore pollute; but it is so far nothing to recognize.
