After my son and I have done our new MTB's, we wanted a halfway reasonable looking and not simple solution for the operation of bicycles in mud and mush. Rather by accident I came across the net on images of a bicycle on which the Zefal mudguards were mounted. This solution we liked visually still best, but also as regards the installation, it is okay. Only the attachment to the Suspension fork whose beams are indeed now times a little thicker than the rear struts, was a bit fiddly. With a little skill but was also no real challenge.
Also included is an installation manual in IKEA-style, but then you will be wiser ;-) Installed and momentum make the fenders a stable impression, with an Allen key, the sheets if needed to lock and been mounted quickly.
I have a picture of my MTB set up with the mudguards.
