Very good switch-pedals for clicking shoes and normal shoes

Property me worried for a longer tour the pedals and am thrilled. On the one hand the click Shoes raced easily one (and from :), on the other hand you can very well go with normal shoes. Short term you can also click on the page go with normal shoes, but when you turn the pedals then better because it feels a little uncomfortable, and the power transmission is not as good.

I had jumped no points of contact with clipless pedals and am at the deep end before buying. Meanwhile, I would go no more cycling without clipless pedals. One only has to enter (you will automatically pick on the opposite side some) and no longer has to worry about the position of the feet on the pedals.

Bottom line, I can now recommend these pedals to 500 km each entry.
