SONY, inventor of the BLU-RAY, proposes a very powerful player for the price at which it is proposed (about 72 euros). Blu ray format, traditional DVD, USB, mp3, photos, etc. The real plus of the product: Speed of the drive. The quality of traditional DVDs improved with blu-ray. The USB socket on the front panel is very accessible. I read and downloaded movies that I transfer my PC via USB for viewing on the big screen. The remote, small, ergonomic, and can control my Sony player and my Sony screen. One remote, the dream! It is also compatible with other brands of televisions (Hitachi, LG / Goldstar, Loewe, Panasonic, Philips, Samsung, Sharp and Toshiba). Connection via HDMI, therefore better image quality. The least of the product: no display on the player (track, time ...) but is it really annoying: when viewing a film, you watch no TV drive !! ATTENTION: there 's no HDMI cord or other supplied. I used the HDMI beam of my multimedia external hard drive. I recommend this product, excellent quality and easy to use. 5mn m 'were enough for the installation and handling.
