For having the Bose headset series and this one, I must say that it is a very good product. The sound is clear and the sound quality for the recipient of the call is also very good. No need to scream or ask for repetition. We can bring it to the left or right without distinction. The voice announcement of the caller is a real plus, making it a true hands-free kit in loud, just say "answer" to the name of the caller, no need to take the phone to know who calls. I do not need to update by Pc to start in French, simply read the manual and it's very well done. One little weird thing, you have to press the button that is on the front to hang up or activate voice commands, which slightly depresses the device in the ear and makes the slightly unpleasant operation. I would have preferred a button like the one existing in the silent mode, on the edge. The detection of the port at the ear is really good too: when you pick up the phone and the headset is on the table, the sound comes from the phone and luckily! No need to search the headset on the table or in the pocket as with other devices on the market. Then if the headset is placed on the ear, the sound automatically rotates through the headset after a brief informative beep. Me who spends many hours on the phone, I could not do without me! The pairing also works with two phones and actually also works as a mono headset for Ipad or other bluetooth devices. We can then listen to music or tv as with an earpiece. The additional charger is also a plus! A little bulky compared to the headset, it can charge more to protect, in the pocket or bag, although autonomy is very good. Only negatives if I had to find: it is fine but a bit long, which gives a look a little more "TV operator", the sound is sometimes slightly metallic but still very clear and audible, it is not for home cinema ... The fastening system in the ear is also a bit confusing at first, because I will have expected to have an in-ear, much more comfortable. Indeed after a day I have the ear with a little "tired", which I have not experienced with Bose serie2, but did not voice options and port detections (me pv earned for a phone in his hand ...) In conclusion, for the price, it is the top of the market, ideal for intensive use. For cons, the day out a Bose headset with voice announcements, I will not hesitate much ...
