I train with it for a year and I'm still in the process with enthusiasm. The workouts are very difficult and it takes time to really dominate everything. The fact is that it is incredibly fit with this program and of course visually, representative and after a relatively short time. Meanwhile, I ask myself together my own workout plan and know my load limits very benign one week only "Ultimate", I could not have done a year ago or even persevered. It's my perfect counterbalance and definitely makes a lot of fun :-) It is also not boring!
