I found this absolutely fascinating book. First, the author has a very good writing style, combining both critical, serious, reflection and humor. Then the treated theme is very interesting, the author has made a thorough study of the subject to be able to give us the most accurate information possible. I believe it is very important to provoke thought on the subject that concerns us all. On the one hand, respect for other living beings that we go down (according to the theory of evolution), but on the other hand, respect for the environment in which we live. As the author, I am convinced that we must stop blindfolds and wonder about what we eat every day, at least out of respect for oneself and those that we feed. I do not believe that the aim of the author is to make all vegetarian readers, but to inform and raise awareness of this cause. After if the player chooses to continue to eat meat and fish, that is his choice, but it should at least be aware that an animal has suffered and died for the taste buds is in no cases, essential for our nutrition (indeed those are the people who have a diet rich in fruits and vegetables and meat-free living as long as the Cretans or Japanese), and it would be possible to ensure that animals are killed more respectful, more "human" somehow without much suffering. Ultimately, it is a book I recommend 100% Good reading!
