The clock is simple, if the design pleases, excites their new owners determined daily.
Of course, this clock is of the dimensions forth some "massive" as the Skagen models:
Diameter clock face: 34mm (233LTMB: 30mm)
Housing diameter: 39mm (233LTMB: 34mm)
Height: 6.6mm (233LTMB: 6.5mm) - Here it must be mentioned that I have the height of the housing underside measured to the highest point on the glass. Sapphire crystals are flat, domed the Minaralgläser of Skagen.
Weight: 67 gr (233LTMB: 45 gr)
However, I find the whole package very attractive and simple design makes the clock in no way look clunky.
However, the biggest advantage of the materials used:
1. The sapphire crystal has to leave with me already through a lot (including a bicycle crash, while contact with the road) without a trace
2. The casing of ceramic is also highly scratch resistant and looks, after 8 months of use, as well as new
3. The wider strap is very durable and "curl" not out
4. Paint the clasp is very high quality and has also not been replaced
In an unexpectedly positive point I would like to have: The ceramic package conducts heat differently than do the metal. Whenever I put on the clock, I never had the feeling that the material "cold" is what I find very pleasant.
A few "little things", which did not lead to deduction of points, but I have yet:
The sapphire crystal is more reflective than the mineral glass, so that one perceives at oblique viewing angles and a lot of light much of the environment, which is not disturbing on, pity, I find that the hands and the hour markers do not fluoresce in the dark, which I at the 233LTMB really liked.
All in all I've been buying but never looked back and still am happy about this really nice clock, and I recommend to anyone who is interested in a simple but high quality watch model, give a strong buy recommendation.
