I have now bought this article a few months ago, but now realize all over again, where the dark season starts, how beautiful this Lichterkette acts in space, a home atmosphere. No odor or heat, just a pleasant warm white light. One would not suspect that there are behind the "rose petals" LEDs. The only drawback, but this should not be surprising: The batteries do not last forever. So I would say about 8-10 hours of operation (maximum, rather less) and then is Feierabend.
