Very nice keyboard, when configured properly, a brief leaflet would be welcome for non French buyers and whose computer is not set; especially since it is clear that he simply plug it in and it works ..

I was confused by the fact that the keyboard does not match the one that was printed on the box which led me to think it was wrong. I have long tried to program it into my computer in Control Panel: Regional and Language-change-language keyboard and keyboards;
arrived at this point, I saw multiple keyboards options: Belgian, English etc., have tried them all without getting the upper keys respond correctly (impossible to get the at sign with alt gr)
Having got to the Amazon.com Return Authorization, I finally returned and got into another where the same problem occurred.
Finally, the one who built my tower that gave me my solution very obvious once we know ... I went to the right place, but instead of stopping language I had shortlisted click add, choose: French, France / French keyboard, and then delete the others.
Conclusion; a little explanation in the box would be very helpful, just taking the path I have indicated.
