Now to why I pull a star:
The glass screen is 4x4 fine slits vs. my glass filter cup (Randwyck, 1 / 4L; 6x3 slots) fail sparse, the pitcher has, after all, nearly five times the volume..
In addition, the slots are shorter:
Miko: 10 mm in total .; 4 mm height from the ground
Randwyck: 16 mm in total .; 10 mm height from the ground
Ie, it is the Japanese tea ceremony, when pouring the hot water from the top through the strainer with tea into the pot, since even the tea clogs the filter. Trendglas recommends half to fill the jug. But the exchange is likely to be rather sparse in the small slots. Would be great if they would revise their glass screen, make the slots higher and more of it. And also offer here. The filter works in principle, but could be better.
On the whole, however, but a recommended pot.
