I also appreciated the formation of torque dragon / dragon, though, she seems really fast for someone who must save the world.
I find it unfortunate that some tracks have not been exploited while others appear almost magically. For example, the confrontation that could have been born of the estate between Nasuada and the elders of the Varden, but disappeared "magically" Eragon pain.
The characters are always endearing, though Arya, loses much of its charm, but found new darlings in the persons of Roran and Kathrina. I did not appreciate the King Orrin, especially since it is useless to history. Sometimes we wonder if the author did not want it to play a larger role but abandoned it.
Finally, a second easy and pleasant to read tome that holds many surprises, even if the story always more or less follows the tracks called "easy".
