I put 4 stars because I could not put 4 1/2 ... This bench is very convenient to use as I am (intermediate, classic barbell bench press exercises guy, lying spread ..). I weigh 75kg, no problems of stability and the bench really takes up little space. Easy to assemble (allow key 10,13 & 17 if I remember correctly). Very good value
