The 6 parts are relatively fixed assembled, if you have looked at in advance how and where the individual components have to be placed. A small pictorial instructions would not be wrong, but is not absolutely necessary.
The housing itself is then relatively stable and makes a high impression. And in fact, it's really nice to look at.
All necessary contacts can easily be reached (USB, HDMI, MicroSD), but this is only partly true for the Micro-USB port for power supply. Also there you can insert the cable into one good, but with my in stock USB cables and power supplies, not far enough, so that it would snap and tight. Loose connections and pulled out plug would probably permanent and annoying consequence.
However, it was part of the seller Valadur Supplies innately even enclosed a USB power adapter. Very nice! (If I had known that before, I would not have ordered a new extra to me.)
This is the connector forth a bit longer so that it will fit perfectly and you can then also move the Pi inside minimally so well does it fit then. However, a disadvantage is also that the connector is angled this power supply and direction HDMI connection going, so it is very tight and the cable must be bent to fit.
Because of the appearance, the simple assembly, the tight fit of the Pi's and good price, there would be 5 star.
But as with most popular USB power supplies and Cables safe power would in principle be a matter of luck (at least in my case), there are 2 points deduction.
But as a (suitable) PSU surprisingly was there the problem has thus made smaller, I forgive in total 4 stars.
// Update (09/08/2014):
It has left me no rest, I could not use "my" power supply and the supplied power adapter is needed to share the limited space with the HDMI cable.
Since the case actually should be standardized, would also fit each power supply.
This is also the case.
The problem lies, in my opinion because of Pi in the housing has a little too much space and thus play. Approximately one millimeter.
I have now fixed the Pi in the housing by means of a portion of a cable tie (see photos), so that the PSU connector inevitably sits directly on the housing. Lo and behold, my power supply (AC adapter Micro USB 5V 1200mA for Raspberry Pi B B + (B Plus) and A Model) now fits perfectly pure and has good grip.
If necessary, you should do this before assembly and glue.
Now I'm really happy. However, since this is not an optimal solution, it stays at 4 stars.
