I have completed this insurance for my Galaxy S i9000 in August last year. After almost a year I had to make use of the insurance due to water damage. We made contact with ERGO and then my phone was abegholt at my home. After not even a week mobile phones came back and was not repaired. We called then to ERGO and since we were then told that a check for 90% of the purchase price is already on its way. Darauhin I was very happy. After a few days the check came and it we were promised 296 ie 90% of the purchase price credited. From my side, highly recommended !!!! PS: Have my new galaxy s3 again insured with ERGO.
