However, it bears a 2TB WD My Book it works like a clock (Swiss) for over 18 months. I have a computer with i7, 2 2TB HDD and SSD 1, and transfer speeds are okay with USB 3.0 (no e-SATA). It is silent and not hot (well ventilated), even leaving the constantly connected, which is however not recommended. To counter some critical insights in the comments, for my part it is connected to a HUB 3.0 with switch. Very easy to configure, no crash, a very good application and free! For me it is the perfect complement to my backup drive.
