I have a B209a Photosmart printer.
I initially had a problem with the first cartridge I put (black XL364) and thought to myself that an electronic problem was that these cartridges were, in fact, incompatible.
After making a request for reimbursement at Amazon -which I was acceptée-, I received an email from an official Eco-toner that offer me that I remembered for that evaluates the printing problem . So I called and asked me to try another cartridge ... that worked right away!
So problem solved. black XL cartridge was returned to compensate me for the first.
For now, no problem. I have not yet tried the colors.
