First, the setting options that look like this:

The recording quality of the camera in daylight is consistently brilliant and very sharp. The colors are slightly pale, but this is negligible at a surveillance camera. I would not use the built-in digital zoom, but consistently choose the 12 MP resolution and, if necessary, after making enlargements on the screen. Even at night (only black and white photographs with infrared flash) convinced me the sharpness, but the number of employed infrared flash LEDs should be adjusted as needed. Since these can be switched with a sliding switch, it is advisable to use an area to capture 0-5 meters only 19 LED's in, otherwise the image will be overexposed unusable. This is about the only weakness of the tester. If you switch all 40 standing on available flash LED's one, is flashed for a distance up to 50 meters and not automatically adjusted the exposure at close range.
The video quality - tested by me in Full HD - is also in brilliant day, at night and infrared illumination lighting rules described above apply, even there, the sharpness is very good.
The processing of the camera is excellent, it is completely weatherproof and waterproof, often fasten with the enclosed belt and very unobtrusive. Whatever the scope of delivery is very impressive with 8 batteries, GPS module and 16GB SD card.
The power consumption of the camera is so small that it can operate autonomously for up to two months.
Monitor terrace, garden, house or try to catch the forest rare wildlife photographically as well as a photography enthusiastic person has tuned his joy!
