That includes caffeic acid is aware to a certain level of acidity I objected nothing, it makes all the same from with the aroma of coffee. This coffee is definitely too acidic. It smells a little oaky than others, good coffee, almost a bit disconcerting.
Conclusion: I'm going to use up this package yet, with plenty of sugar, it can drink up (hence two stars, one star would be completely inedible).
But that was definitely my first and last pack of Minges, in future I invest back a few more Euros for good coffee.
Addendum: In reading through the reviews with noticed that only the more recent reviews are negative. I definitely 2011 already had this coffee and saw good (see reviews of this year!), I conclude that the quality has greatly deteriorated.
