Very strange ... charger CAUTION

Until I noticed that my phone responded funny. It took a few more minutes to the error with the charger to associate. Sure enough! The error was reproducible! During fast scrolling on websites such as the phone repeatedly faltered noticeably (needed a pause for thought). I have used a trial and error to another cable has remained. With the original charger the error did not occur. The difference was immediately noticeable and I still very puzzled.
Finally, I returned it! This all went straightforward because the provider incorporated the article by Amazon (Prime). I want to point out that of course simply a defect might have presented. The product came in a small bag. The pasted data matrix code contained the serial number. It is striking that the production date was far behind that of the Galaxy S4. If the battery charger has been already produced for another model I do not know.
