The bag is quite robust and protects the camera well. In the front compartment is brought slightly below the replacement battery (in my case for the TZ10) as well as a memory card. However, I had not recognized in the photo, that the bag is properly "thick" - especially good 7cm high! The external dimensions are a total LxWxH approx 13 x 9 x 7cm. By comparison, the bag that came with my old TZ7, though has no battery, but it only measures 12 x 7 x 5 cm. The large volume does not matter if you umhängt pocket or carries on a belt. But if they are like me want to take sometimes in a purse, will take you there really a lot of space.
