This clock should always reliably display the correct time (hence clock) and as free as possible from battery replacement (hence solar). Additionally me an attractive but not too flashy classical optics was important and a scratch-resistant watch glass (provides only sapphire glass), so it does not come in everyday use to unsightly scratches. Therefore, for me there was really only the various different models from Citizen.
The models JY8020-52E, JY0020-64E and JY0080-62E were playful something.
So only the models AS4050-51E (titanium) and AS4020-52E (stainless steel) were quick interesting for me. I bought now the stainless steel version, since these models actually differ only in the different housing and strap material (of course this also by the weight). All other differences to be able to find means on the basis of description or pictures not exsitieren in Natura. The functions are the same and also the hands and hour markers are wonderful luminescent. Even after ten hours of darkness you can see the time still recognize.
The Zifferbatt has precisely to suggest the same appearance as in the execution Titian, but here was probably working at Citizen with a different exposure when thumbnail to see a significant difference, of which significant at list price but 100 - are to justify further. Mir is the short weight of the titanium version not worth the extra cost and the scratch resistance of the two materials should not normally differ appreciably. My clock is accurate to the second, and immediately had a good radio reception (Niederrhein). The look is very appealing to my eyes. Not too pretentious for sport and leisure but also well suited for formal occasions with suit or the like.
Those looking allerdinges a clock as a status symbol is not well meet with this clock, the right choice, because it this is probably too low and the wrong manufacturer, but if this clock keeps well in everyday use what it promises, they could with a brand name like Omega, Breitling, Heuer, etc. determined.
