The first board was damaged (two screws plucked). After a complaint by the seller Info either 35% discount or replacement and disposal of the defective boards. Have the board then discarded and asked for replacement. The second board was then damaged (about 5cm dent on the edge). After a complaint by the seller Info either 25% discount (this time only 25% ...?) Or return both (!!!) Boards (as seems to know the left hand not making the right, as I had the first board already disposed ...). Simultaneous information that no other board will delivered to me since emerged already "enormous costs" are (ok, then just do not ...). I then asked for reimbursement and info bgzl. the return of the defective boards (not so easy because of "special measures"). For several days not heard further. The boards (already have one - 60 x 90 - for some time) are really great and fulfill your purpose. But if I then such a board (120 x 90) ship with a defective packaging (cardboard on the surface side and something Pappstoßschutz and the edges) ship I do not wonder that is this damaged in transit (you know well as mostly will deal with these things ...). The packaging is indeed complained accordingly also in the one or the other review ... Too bad also that you can not get the goods after two damaged deliveries, since already "enormous costs" incurred. Apparently the seller has so extremely tight, it can no longer be worthwhile. The seller is unfortunately a very bad overall picture (poor packaging, poor communication, poor response times). Again it should be mentioned - (because if one gets an undamaged board) - the goods are really good and functional and looks nice too.
