I bought this sleeping bag to sit eingehült warm in cool temperatures and windy conditions on the terrace can. And he keeps so far warm at 6 degrees and cold wind. He has plenty of space and room to move. However, he is also very compact and takes up space. For a hiking or cycling trip determined too heavy.
