Warm Weis in the product description, but rather cold white light

Why this illuminant is provided warm white with the attribute, is incomprehensible for me. A lot of light comes out though, but in my opinion, no warm-white - for me looks warm white light in any case somewhat different, possibly radiates this Bulb not a pure cold-white lighting. I wanted to replace it with this bulb a 20W halogen bulb, which would suit the light output and about, but until I have a better LED lamps found the 20W halogen bulb must continue sweating.
