Years ago, I tried with a so-called video grabber to secure our recorded analog video and banish forever on DVD or hard drive. It was while trying :-(. First I tried it with the Dazzle DVD Recorder what it already failed that the correct driver software was not there, they did not even let himself download on the Internet. That has not changed until today. Then I tried it with a video grabber from Tevion who could burn to DVD immediately. also agreed, but unfortunately without sound !! So now install a new attempt with the VGB 100. Well, it could be, even software, but everything then came, was just a waste of time. The quality of the videos is so abysmal, oddly enough, watch the videos on large screen TV on the other hand good. But aside from that the video could be converted only in MPEG 2 in an acceptable quality, AVI did not work , only pixels. However, I got time to 2, after 5 or 6 and max. for 9-10 minutes, the error message, the source material is copy protected, which is definitely not true. Sometimes a scene could easily copy, then died in a another attempt at the same scene said error message after just 30 seconds. Was So let nothing run with just alongside and videos Conn. Edit. At 20 min. Video showed the sometimes loosely 5-8 individual sequences and 1 hour of wasted time. Apart from hakelte the captured video or image showed various disorders, which are not present in the starting material. So that part is back. Thanks Amazon no problem. In the meantime, I've bought a DVD recorder, which I burn the videos of our old camcorder very fast times just on DVD and do Conn. The same thing with our old videotapes. The acquisition is more expensive, but well worth it and easy on my nerves. Because it makes it much more enjoyable, the old family videos to watch again.
