Weighs what way

You can feel the 20kg vest train clearly when and they served their purpose.
It is stable and the weights can be (take out with great difficulty) but for what? My stay there forever.

- Well, but Not for nothing, there are 4 stars. Although it is good, but it does not sit really good cheer 'body, it depends more. -Tightening is not, therefore it is not appropriate when running when belting not yet 'nen belt. You get even less air because of the weight on the ribs, but as a protective vest they would also not bad ^^.

As I said, a few disadvantages of the vest on, but what does not kill one, makes a harder, therefore improvise and use for fighting or squats, or come up with something.
