This UPS is recognized by the NAS (Synology DS211j) and perhaps manage via the USB cable. Being on mac, the software to manage the EcoControl outlets (who disconnect when the power of the master socket is switched off) is not compatible, I can adjust anything, shame!
I also have a Freebox (v6), I plugged the phone line / DSL on the inverter, but the connection is not made. But this is not the fault of the inverter, since with another modem connection is made (with flow down, which means that the line is really protected), it is the Freebox is too temperamental.
Another small annoyance: Tap position, you can not put two processors on catches of bottom, otherwise they block the lower terminals.
Despite these minor drawbacks, this inverter is still a bargain!
FYI: the estimated battery life (with: Nas two bays, an external hard drive, freebox, a PowerMac G5, on the four sockets that are supported on the battery): 12 minutes
