Technically sound, all audio components are always to some extent a matter of taste. Since the headset is designed for the road, he must of course deal with compressed audio files such as MP3, M4A etc.. I tested a good piece with different styles of music that I listen alternately. Pink Floyd and other prog bands, classic rock like The Beatles, Alan Parsons Project, Hard Rock (z. B. AC / DC, MSG, etc.), metal (Motorhead, Ozzy, Black Sabbath, Megadeth ...) and classical , from Baroque to Wagner and more recent composers.
Total is to say: nothing sounds bad, but it is also nothing brilliant reproduced in sound. The sound is overall flack for my taste, to the center, it lacks defined highs and a certain saturation in the bass range. Despite the diverse equalizer, they have to offer the iPod or the iPhone, I'm never quite happy with the sound. However, this may well be due to my listening habits.
Given the moderate price certainly a serious offer. The sound is and remains a matter of opinion ...
