Well manufactured monopod, ideal for EOS 5D Mk II

I was looking for a lighter and more compact alternative to my Manfrotto 190XPROB, and so I came to the Delamax WT-1003. On longer mountain tours and hikes it shall be my constant companion and my Canon EOS 5D Mk. II incl. BG-E6 (battery grip), carry 2 batteries + more or less heavy lenses. When the tripod head Manfrotto RC-2 Ball Head is thought about that later more.

In terms of processing, it is the (consistently more expensive) competition in every way and looks / feels high-quality. Also can not complain to the functionality. The quick-release fasteners enable rapid Extend / retract the tripod leg. How long the foam grip is by holding questionable.

Attention to all who want to use Manfrotto heads. Because of this stand is equipped with a 1/4-threads, but come along Manfrotto heads with a 3/8-thread, one an adapter (for example, threaded adapters Walimex requires 1/4 inch on 3/8 inch) to about 5, -

All in all I am satisfied with my new monopod. Even if you close encounters with the above equipment to the maximum load limit, I have no doubt that it can support the weight. The tripod is small, lightweight and very flexible. Recommended!
