Well, with slight quirks

For a sunshade at the price it delivers what it should provide, or what you'd expect. Has strong and durable (as opposed to 50 Baumarkt-parts), but is not ran to the 300+ premium parts.
The assembly and disassembly is difficult to impossible for small people (under 1.60), larger and small with brains can it then but also build their own. But this is all a bit hakelig and not really intuitive feasible.
The crank functioning properly on the other hand, the screen is set up and zugekurbelt in no time.

Overall worth the money but nothing more.

UPDATE: bought the screen in March 2013 and since then holds. The operation is still hakelig (she was at the beginning already) but the mechanics still working fine. The protective cover has since been replaced, the screen holds without problems. Is always there, but just under the protective cover. Durability so well so far.
