What a monster!

Before the recordings to the plate Highway to Hell 1979 the singer Bon Scott has to my knowledge the first time taken singing lessons, what - apart of course from the change of the producer of Vanda / Young to Robert Lange - this album for Bon Scott era so unique.
If his voice were before '79 whiskey, it was on this album Baileys. Very strong, very pleasant, can compel a man to his knees, but now suddenly also supple. Here you can listen to the man on the highest point he has reached. It creates any height, without any loss of power, the organ sounds constantly full and satisfied. Still like a wild animal, still as sharp as a razor blade, but now completed. That he died afterwards, is not a tragedy, but a disaster.
The music is AC / DC Rock (yes, that's basically its own style!) Without compromising. If the gentle reader to know only one song from this band and do not know exactly how it is: The title is "Highway to Hell". The theme song is probably the most popular number of the band, which has probably led to the rest of the songs of the masses are no longer a concept today. "Highway to Hell" is without doubt one of the biggest AC / DC albums and thus an indispensable piece of music history. And besides, it is their last album with Bon Scott, and you have to anyway all.
Too bad he had to go, but a finish with this album ... man that I call style!
