Product arrived a day before the date announced, thank you Amazon.
For it to work, it must be connected to the power outlet _and_ the USB port of the laptop. Otherwise it does not.
This clarification should be specified in the product description.

Unfortunately the product received is defective ... I even suspect that the product received was not new.
Briefly about 7 USB ports available, only 3 work. Unacceptable given the price of the product.

Product therefore returned. Thank you Amazon for ease of return. Therefore banned mark on my future purchases.
