Recently I bought this pump. At first I was annoyed since it seemed to me that would just be missing the exhaust tip and so I wrote a bad review. Then I was called and they told me that the exhaust tip plugged for safety reasons the pump handle. Lo and behold, a small sticker with the words "remove sticker and cap for needle" concealed a small resealable lid and behold the exhaust tip came to light. (Larger stickers and in German would be better :)!) The small compartment is great as the tip is protected during transport. (In our old models, the peak is often broke during transport) In short, small, powerful and genuine tricki with the trade under control. In addition, super customer service. Thank you!
