My first review, but I thought that must now be said once. So I have a Canon 6D, incidentally also satisfied, and imagined I want to now have a high quality zoom. So I ordered, although many had already described the weight problem in front of me, the Canon 70-200mm 2.8. It's a super lens, honest, but it's just damn hard. Since I L 200mm 2.8 Canon've I thought, OK then reaches the stop. But as it is so itchy it then stop it and because I like a lot and take pictures out of hand would be an IS stop but super. Well, long story short, I ordered the 70-200mm 1: 4 L IS. I say it in all honesty it is just awesome, the images are crisp and sharp, the IS works reliably and it is really a flyweight compared to 2.8er. The 6D the missing light intensity is also not really a problem, because I can make up 12,500 really great shots. My conclusion, I appropriate the now just so, it is worthwhile for a good camera so 6D upwards, not to pick up the 2.8er. I hope I can help a little bit all the face of this decision.
