I use the app both on my HTC One (M7) and on my Google TV Stick mk808b connected via LAN to the Internet, and otherwise for network streams allows a very stable compound and playback quality.

However, not from Amazon instdant video.
Unfortunately, the playback quality of the videos varies extremely. From razor-sharp, to pixelated. HD content should not invoke prefer. The video playback is otherwise not liquid. Other streaming services currently offer a better and especially more stable playback quality.
Very unfortunate.
But at least you can now use the service with its Android devices. Even though with qualitative limitations.
