Was written as in other reviews, this is Windows 7 version of only one DVD in a paper sleeve with the enclosed license sticker. There is no support from Microsoft, just as you must also do without a printed manual because of the OEM version. This ranges from completely but when tinkering or install a PC yourself together. The installed Windows 7 Pro version could be activate with the license code as normal on the Internet. Therefore everything was "simple but good". I therefore forgive 5 stars for this product.
