* About the price one can argue. EUR 50 for a small radio without MP3 function is not just a little.
Unfortunately, there are few useful mobile DAB devices on the market, one's even from PURE, the other by Roberts.
Both cost 100+ EUR, the price is far from Aves Air OK
* Battery. White Eneloops hold about 6 hours in DAB +.
The device is small and light, I suspect there was more juice possible, eg 2xAA or 3xAAA.
After all, 2xAAA are offering better than what competitors: festeingelöteten battery, which after 15 months breaks (1 year warranty in UK). Li-Ion battery would be a perfect solution when the battery would be replaced (as in mobile phones or GPS devices). Unfortunately, Li-ion batteries are used in order to shorten life of the appliance.
* "Scratched" display: all nonsense.
In English reviews on Amazon.co.uk's many indications that one to remove protection paper is present (up and down). The film does not stand out, but that goes off easily when something scratched with nails off.
Finally, evaluation of the small radios: deserved 5 star + recommendation.
