3000mAh are just sufficient for many popular smartphones or even a mobile navigation device for walking or cycling. (You could even charge 2 devices at the same time about it, as it has 2 output USB ports. A NORMAL and a quick charging mode.)

A manual is unfortunately available only in English. The product was manufactured in China.
(!!! The hint that you should have a mobile battery / power bank to charge like this at least once every 6 months to ensure its life is important !!!)

Conclusion and recommendation:
Especially for hiking or just on the go as a lightweight backpack for this mobile USB outlet is worth a recommendation, because the 100 grams certainly not eat a lot of bread and are in an emergency help for various electronics, which one leads so nowadays with it.
