I bought this monitor (sphygmomanometer for doctors aged over 70 years) to replace a brand wrist blood pressure monitor Beurer which I doubted the accuracy. Not because of the brand, since the products sold by Beurer are of very good quality, but because the wrist blood pressure monitors are highly sensitive to the exact position of the forearm. Yet M3 Omron Electronics Arm Blood Pressure Monitor is so inconvenient to use that I will probably go mostly with the Beurer. The Omron is heavy and bulky, the sleeve to the arm is huge, wider than the distance from the elbow to the shoulder and difficult to correctly ask yourself. If you do not want it drags all the time on the table, connect and reconnect the hose every time. Difficult to recommend except for the office of a doctor.
