(Gone with a day a step) in 28 steps, different exercises are explained, which are to help one to a new and more positive way of thinking and way of life and thus improve their own lives in terms of success, health, friends, family and money.
However, The Secret and, indeed, this book The Magic (which is a kind of workbook to do so), more a matter for the head and mind.
The power but makes it to the heart and in the soul.
So The Secret and The Magic is probably something for rational human head and The Power rather emotional people.
I was The Power more confident, but it's just geschackssache.
For someone who needs more every day a new job, to practice new ways of thinking, this book is ideal.
For myself it was not so helpful.
But it makes good reading and some exercises are just fun. For example, that you should be one day particularly grateful to all the people who care for one with things such as the postman, the clerk at the cash register, etc. This definitely makes fun and the people encountered and the experience this gratitude, Help us spread ...
It has therefore also very much enjoyed reading the book and to test the exercises, but after The Power and The Secret, they bring nothing new.
As I said, for me it is a workbook. But really well written and clearly designed.
However, there is the book so far only in English.
